You must have a HTV product in cart for successful activation. The following is provided to help assist you with a successful activation.

To ensure a successful activation, please follow these steps when placing your order with HTV and HVOD products in your cart.
○ Begin by selecting an HTV product and providing your username. Add it to your cart.
○ From your cart, click on "Add another product."
○ Select a HVOD product, provide same username as used for HTV product, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
After completing the checkout process, you will receive an email confirmation.
Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
○ In the email, you'll find payment instructions. Follow them accordingly.
○ Once your payment has been verified, you will receive another email containing your service login details.
